Division A Week 29
Cottage Pies now have a 3 point lead over their closest rival and 6 points over the third placed team as they both lost. Pies beat bottom team Oaks by the nights biggest total of 79, Reservists lost at home for only the second time to fifth placed Holywell Lake by 11 and third placed Relyon lost to O. B. A. by 2. Angels remain in fourth after a 14 pin over sixth placed Wardens. Club Rockers had the smallest winning margin winning by just the 1 pin over joint seventh placed Muscotts, also in joint seventh are Bell Green who beat Home Guard 2 by 28. Report Centre A won away for only the second time this season when they beat the on form Shooters by 15, Rebels beat Hot Shots by 18 and Queens Legs beat Fireguard A.
Friday sees leaders Cottage Pies away to Wardens, Reservists are also away against Queens Legs and Relyon are at home to Club Rockers.
Division B Week 26
Mowers are now 8 points clear following their 41 pin win over bottom team Home Guard 4; stable mates King Pins are second after beating Outsiders by 29. Scuppas beat Railwayites by 48 to remain third and All Stars are joint fourth with Ex-Servicemen who beat them by 32. Moonrakers had the biggest win beating Stragglers by 66 and the closest match was a 2 pin win by United Services over the Rugby Boys and Foresters always strong at home beat Soccerites by 39.
Next up Mowers are at home to stable mates King Pins if they win this and other results go their way they will win the Division B title for a twentieth consecutive seas. All Stars are away to Soccerites and Scuppas are away to the Rugby Boys.
